Mistik Management Ltd. conducts its forestry operations within the context of a regulatory-required 20-Year Forest Management Plan (FMP). Forest Management Plans are required by Saskatchewan law and are prepared to provide strategic-level direction for management of forest resources within a Forest Management Agreement (FMA) area. The FMP establishes goals, objectives, and strategies to guide forest management activities, describes the desired future forest conditions, and seeks to address land and resource use issues. 20-Year FMPs in Saskatchewan are renewed on a 10-year basis. Mistik’s 2007 20-Year FMP was approved by the Province of Saskatchewan in June 2009. Comprehensive documentation related to the 2007 20-Yr FMP can be accessed in the document download area at the bottom of this page. Mistik’s 2017 20-Year FMP is currently in development. Comprehensive documentation related to the 2017 20-Year FMP can be accessed in the document download area at the bottom of this page as the documentation becomes available.
